I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were spotless and spacious with a great view of Sugarloaf Mountain, but they had a slight smelly and stuffy odor. The service was very attentive and prepared, with staff speaking both Spanish and English well, but there was a disappointment with the lack of responsiveness to our battery issue. The location was a major concern for my plans, although it offered a brilliant view of Flamengo beach and iconic landmarks; however, it was not the most entertaining area. The dining options were good overall, with a variety of fruits and fresh options available, including sashimi. The facilities were modern and comfortable, though there were minor issues with the room odor.
